Pegasus XVI (San Felice Cartel)

Welcome to tropical Escalante, located in lovely South America! We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful country. This is pre-registration for Pegasus XVI, to be held the weekend of September 5-7, 2025 at The Field near Airway Heights, Wash.

Your pre-registration comes with:

NOTES:

Participants must be at least 16 years old or have a parent or legal guardian with them on the field at all times in order to participate.

The blackout date to get a full refund for this event is August 1. After that point, only a partial refund can be given.

The uniform for the San Felice cartel for this event is either civilian attire or olive drab. Think South American cartel of the late 1980s when putting together your outfit and kit. The uniform for the San Felice cartel foreign advisers is Soviet / Russian uniforms and Soviet / Russian weapons.

No smoke grenades, blank fire, or pea grenades allowed. Thunder B, TAAGs Paladin (Chalk) rounds and Tornado grenades are authorized.

All weapons are authorized for this event for this team (Rifles, Sniper Rifles, LMGs), though there is a limit on how many support weapons spots are in each squad/platoon.

All weapons must be chrono'd during check-in, which will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday. It is strongly recommended that you check-in, chrono and attend a safety briefing on Friday so we can get started early Saturday morning.

You need to bring a dead rag with you and carry it on you at all times. If you do not have one we will have them available for purchase at the event.

Directions to the field (if you're coming from I-90):

DIRECTIONS:

1. Take US 2 heading westbound through Airway Heights.

2. Turn north (right) onto S. Wood Road. It soon turns into N. Wood Road.

3. Continue north until you get to W. Coulee Hite Road. Turn east (right) onto W. Coulee Hite Road.

4. Within about a mile or so you're going to turn north (left) onto N. Ritchey Road.

5. Drive about one mile on Ritchey Road. The Field will be on the left just past a manufactured home. You'll see a sign for The Field at the entrance.
